Workflows that ship
Build a site from scratch, starting with brainstorming
Spend the first hour on questions and words. The build is the easy part once the brief is sharp.

The best prompt you will write is a conversation. Ask the agent to interview you before it designs:
- Business: what do you sell, to whom, at what price, and why you instead of the alternative?
- Proof: what evidence do you really have (work, numbers, quotes)?
- Voice: how would you talk to a customer in person? Give three real sentences.
- Scope: which five pages, which one action, what is out of scope for launch?
Then, in order: positioning (one sentence), sitemap, page outlines (sections with a purpose each), copy for the hero and calls to action, moodboard and tokens, and only then the first section in code. Save each as a file; the next step reads the last.
Prompt · Brainstorm to brief
Act as a senior brand strategist and web designer. Interview me one question at a time (max 12) about my business, customers, proof, voice and scope. Do not suggest solutions until I say "done". Then produce, as separate markdown files in /docs/brief: positioning.md (one sentence and three supporting points), sitemap.md (5 pages max with the purpose of each), outline-home.md (sections in order, each with its job and the content it needs), voice.md (do and don't, with example sentences), tokens.md (colours with contrast ratios, two font families, radius, spacing scale, motion durations). End with the three decisions I most need to make.
