FAQ

Short answers: cost, frameworks, changing the code, browsers and licences.

Is it free?

The free items are licensed for unlimited personal, commercial and client projects. Pro items open with VibeBox Motion Pro; see Pricing.

Do I need a VibeBox account?

No. The registry is public and the source is copied into your project.

Does it work without Next.js?

Items are React 19 components styled with Tailwind v4. Server Components are the default, and the few client islands work in any React 19 setup with the engine files the installer adds.

Can I change the code?

Yes. It is your copy. Keep the licence header, and note local changes if you plan to take updates.

Why Tailwind and not CSS-in-JS?

One styling system keeps the pieces tokens-first and small. Colours, type and radius come from variables, so a theme change is one file.

Does it use GSAP or copy other libraries?

No. Everything is original code, built on Motion (motion/react), three.js, Canvas 2D and CSS.

What about older browsers?

Backdrop filters and container queries are needed for the glass and the phone. Where they are missing, pieces fall back to a solid panel or a plain screenshot.

Where do I report a problem?

Use the changelog page to see the version, then contact the studio from the main site with the page and your browser.
