Name the files, the tokens and the blast radius
"Fix the header" touches everything. "Change the nav link hover in components/site/header.tsx, using --spectrum-3" touches one thing.

The more specific the target, the smaller and safer the diff. Include:
- the file or component, and the viewport you are looking at,
- the design token to use (
--spectrum-3,text-muted-foreground), never a raw hex, - what must not change ("leave the layout and the copy alone"),
- how you will check ("I will look at 390px and 1440px").
If a change should be a rule across the site, say so, and ask the agent to fix the token or the shared component instead of patching one page.
